I HAD BOOKED ONLINE RAILWAY TICKET ON 25/01 THRU NET UNDER PNR-2215915011 TRAN ID 0300392574 FOR TRAIN NO 12003 FOR 11/02.BUT I RECEIVED MAIL IN REDIFFMAIL ADDRESS ON 26/01 THAT THE TICKET COULD NOT BE PROCESSED DUE TO NON SETTLEMENT OF PAYMENT THRU MY CREDIT CARD.AS SUCH I BOOKED AFRESH THE SAME TICKET UNDER PNR 2215999582.TRAN NO 0301239281 FOR THE SAME JOURNEY AND SAME PERSONS, SAME TRAIN & DATE.TODAY I HAVE CHECKED THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SHOWING DOUBLE DEBIT OF BOOKED TICKET.I REQUEST YOU TO REFUND ME THE SAME IMMEDIATELY AS THE MAIL SENT BY IRCTC CLEARLY SHOWED THAT THE TICKET COULD NOT BE PROCESSED DUE TO NON SETTLEMENT OF PAYMENT.
