Refund is not sufficient...!!!

With Reference to TDR for the PNR No: 6361404586

Actual Ticket Cost - Rs.74

Refund Amount - Rs.32

Though the train was canceled due to Railway's fault (Not started from origination station) and we suffered a lot due to that reason, so why only Rs32 is refunded out of Rs74.

Should be refunded the full amount at actual cost...!!! All the manual tickets was refunded at counter on the spot, but my e-ticket is processed through online.
