HI,
on 26th May I was asked to update my profile in IRCTC
and I updated my mobile no.
As a result, I got email verification password, but didnot get my mobile verification password from the past 5 days. I have been constantly mailing to [email protected] and calling customer care 011-39340000.
There's no proper response from IRCTC customer care..they keep saying that they'll reply with in 24 hrs..but nothing has happened so far. I have to cancel few tickets ..what do I do?
First of all, why is this profile updation page introduced with out proper testing of the software, causing inconvenience to customers..?
Please do look into this ..
