Not recived mobile verification password from irctc

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have an user id apjain1980 with irctc. 28 may irctc changed my password the concern department send me only user id password not mobile verification pssword. When i complaint to [email protected] and 01139340000 they said please wait further 24 hr. Please solve my problem as soon as poosible.
