I was travelling by 13352 Dhanbad exp of 27 Apr11 having pnr no 6155167894 .Catering staff are over charging than the specified rates. When i enquired for the rate list he brought the photocopy which was not authenticated not signed. Attendent is not giving towels. Why is this so. Kindly look after the matter my mob no is 9080271051
