Through this forum i would like to expose fraudulant tatkal service provided by IRCTC. I tried to book tatkal ticket for 19th and 20th may on 17th and 18th may respectively. but while bookinng the tatkal ticket it showed pop up "booking can be done after 00800 hrs only"... this continued till 8:10... and sometimes it showed service unavailable... and by the time everything got normalised all tickets were booked. Can anything be done in this regard???
