It is a matter of great harassment of Indian citizen, while the lines for booking of Tatkal tickets on line are remained blocked upto 8.30am and so stating 'service not available'.
but on the contrary, entire tatkal tickets are exhausted within five minutes, as soon as the time of tatkal ticket's booking starts i.e.8am.
The question arises, while the tatkal services are remained blocked upto 8.30am, how the entire tatkal tickets are booked within five minutes.
Therefore you are requested to intervene into the matter which very serious rather is like a scam and take a appropriate action againt the guilty persons at yours, so that such harassement of Indian Citizen may come to the end.
