Dear Sir/ Madam,
Please refer my below emails & reminders sent to IRCTC (PNR NO.'S: 2551110062, 2222030339, rest below forwarded is details of my tickets booked & mails sent to IRCTC for cancellation & refund, but to no avail), since i booked online ticket through them and cancelled in time and instantly applied for REFUND for ticket cancellation, but its more than 8 months now but i did not get any refund nor are they giving any exact reply. It is big harassment for the customers and customers are left with no other option but to visit Consumer Court for filing suit against them.
Please help and advise.

The ticket under PNR no. 2222030339 is successfully cancelled. The due amount will be credited to your account through payment gateway electronically. We would ensure that the refund is made at the earliest.
Kindly note that your refund is in process through TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt). Refund under this category is processed by the railways under the present commercial rules and this process takes minimum 90 days or more. Once the refund is received from the railways the balance will be credited to your account.
