I had booked two tiket through thomascook web portal . tiket had not booked but money is deducted from my account and it gone about 1 month they are not refunding my money . still itzcash card division says that money is not reached to me . thomascook costomarcare is not responsive . although i had mailed several time them that the ir number IR01282984631050 and IR01283248277687 total is about rs 1600 . and

Here thomascook s not resposing well . even they pick up the fone and hearing that someone is asking for their money put doun fone carelssly . the bloody pepole are there in mumbai thomascook haed office.
