Today i was booking a ticket from kanpur to new delhi in gomti express (07-08-12). during transaction after sometime msg came "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do? com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" and money was deducted from my account but no details of ticket is available... so please look into the matter and refund the amount again as i have already purchased ticket from counter. so kindly refund the amount.
