Sir/madam
on 6th of this month when i was booking a tatkal ticket for eastcoast (date of journey 8th night) from visakhapatnam to kharagpur
there was a problem in internet server at the last moments of transaction
i gave all my bank details (andhra bank debit card) and at last there was a msg displayed that connection failed
but 373 rupees where debited without a ticket and also without email
i got a msg from bank that money was debited
pls help me to whom should i contact and how can i get my money back
