IT 3571
Flight got canceled

Sir,

I am Dipti Shikha and I had a Kingfisher flight IT 3571 on 26th of July at 4:00 pm which got canceled due to some technical problem. My flight ticket reservation code is FJUEYO. I had another flight by Lufthansa LH 757 to USA on 27th of July at 2:50 am. I missed my International flight because of your airlines problem and I had to buy another ticket at my own expenses by paying $755. My parents and myself had the worst experience of our lives. We stayed at the airport all night pleading your officials to do some arrangement but they just gave up. I would like you to kindly refund my international flight ticket money. Despite the fact its not our fault and your airlines fault, I had to bear all the loss. I hope you admit my loss and would take some endeavor for that.
