Poor Service

This was my very bad experience with GO AIR. I took a flight from Mumbai (G8 193, FLT00008762644) which was 3 hrs delayed from Mumbai, At the time of check in at Mumbai Airport my suitcase was locked and was in well condition, But when I reached Bangalore Airport I found that my suitcase was damaged badly and found it's lock in opened condition and some luggage was missing. Probably this was done due to poor service of GO AIR staff on duty.

Later on I reported it to one of the GO AIR officer on duty, he told me that the company will, make an arrangement to repair the suitacse which was damagedand also assured that I will receive the Voucher of Rs. 250/- on my mail id. And till date I have not received any call from GO AIR.Moreover I tried so many times the customer care number of GO AIR but it all went in veins, always call is being put on hold that the staff is busy... busy. And after 10 min putting on hold the call gets disconnected.

This is the real image of the GO AIRLINES.I have an receipt in which I had taken the signature of that officer who was on duty at that time at Bangalore Airport. I was going to raise an FIR at polcise station but as my was suffering from fever and due do this problem I could not do so. Please suggest what to do next.
