Though there is a Telephone line in the office of Joy Hind Gas Service, Mahesh, Serampore, Hooghly (Tel. No. 2662-6831), as per the system, if a customer wants to book for a Refilled LPG Gas Cylinder, he never gets the Telephone connexion, because everytime from 10.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. their Telephone line remains engaged. On enquiry it was noticed that to avoid in attending Telephone calls from customers, they are not keeping the Telephone Receiver in proper condition or keeps the Handset down.
As a result everybody is suffering particularly old / retired persons and Housewives.
