On 19th Nov I checked in at Mumbai Airport at 08.20Hrs to take a Jet Air Flight for Mumbai-Lucknow-Varanasi sector. I made a through check in at the Mumbai Airport for Mumbai-Lucknow-Varanasi and took the boarding pass. The schedule depature time for the Mumbai Lucknow flight Jet Lite S2 0665 code share 9W 7037 was of 10.30hr. The flight was delayed and left 2 hrs behind it schedule time the reason given bad wether at delhi. The Varansi passenger were not informed that they would be missing the connecting flight Jet Konnect 9W 2461 from Lucknow at 13.15 Hrs. At Lucknow when the Jet Lite plane landed the Jet Konnect had left withoud taking the passanger fling from Mumbai. There was no other flight arrangement for the passanger arriving from mumbai. Now when I am claiming from the Jet Air for the fare to be refunded they are refusing claiming that the delay was due to nature beyond their control, but I claim that they should have informed the varanasi sector passanger at Mumbai it self rather then taking them for a ride, I am just asking for the air fare refund and have decided not to ever travel with Jet air or its sister concern.
