Seat bookings

My flight booking was done in November for flight from kuala lumpur to Chennai 13 February on flight 9W0031S. I made seat reservations for me and the family - seata 23 A, B, C, D & F. This is noted in the e-ticket. However, on check-in we were assigned 12 A, B, C, D & E,

Please ensure the same does not recur on my return flight for which I have reservations for the same seats, i.e. 23 A, B, C, D, & F.

Seats in row 12 can not be reclined due to the location of the exit door. This is particularly hard on the older members of the family. Thank you.
