This complaint is regard to the bad service and rude behavior of the Jet airlines staff at the Mumbai airport.
It was yesterday - my parents were suppose to travel on the jet airways flight from Mumbai to Udaipur
and as per the new 45 mins rule for to close the counter They were early and were issued a boarding pass.(which means they were on-time)
Subsequently they moved to the security check-in. After passing thru the check-in they were way ahead than the prescribed time of 25 mins boarding gates closed rule.
But since the last bus left early - they were not allowed to board the plane = citing the new rule (where it was still time)
There were no announcements for the jet airways flight to move fast -
nor did they call out my parent's name -
nor did they send someone to the security check in counter to call for passengers for that particular flight to board the flight.
Subsequently after pleading with them - they were rude and highly uncooperative.
and they were forcing my parents to buy another high priced ticket for the next day
And after complaining to the Guest relations officer - he's blaming my parents - for not being on time.
This was the attitude of 03 people - which we had encountered in this event
01 - at the airport reservation office
02 - the call center executive that gave me the udaipur airports no. OR
03 - the guest relations officer which blamed my parents - for not being on time - even after a boarding card has been issued
