I traveled on 19th December Mumbai-Delhi flight no. 9W851, and by chance I left my pashmina shawl in the plane, then immediately I informed to the counter and the staff has given me the loss luggage customer care no. 09910609537. Since that I am trying to contact that number but number is switch off. I am unable to understand that nobody is there to lookafter this...
