Sub: - Complaint against Services provided by Parashar Bajaj Pvt. Ltd. Palwal.
I am Manish Kumar, user of Bajaj Pulsar 150cc from last two years. i bought my bike from Parashar Bajaj Pvt. Ltd. Palwal, For timely Service (taking care) of my bike i went to parashar bajaj workshop many times. but every time I got an un-satisfactory service from their side. There provide un-satisfactory services Like………..
1. Washing quality of bikes is very poor.
2. Servicing of bike is very poor.
3. They charge bill every time for charging of Battery but battery was never charge by them. Even their battery charger is not in working condition.
4. Just After service bike gives black smoke.
5. Just after service the brake of bike not works properly.
6. There are so many problems what customer face but the service agency never take care of such type of problems of their customers.
7. There is not complaint register available
8. There is not proper sitting facility for the customers
9. The sitting area is very dirty nobody feels better to sit there.
In the workshop the behave of all workers and staff is very poor. They do not have proper knowledge of work or we can say they are so much careless about the work. If any customer complaint about the problems what he/she is facing in their bike they never take it serious nor they solve it. They always demand for extra money (Always they have only one excuse my salary is only so and so Rs. if you want better service than you have to pay extra money directly to the mechanic.
Many times i asked for complaint register but every time they reply we don’t have any complaint register. They reply “you can complaint about us where you can nobody can take action against us. so i face lots of problems every time. There are so many customers who are not satisfied with the services provided by Parashar Bajaj Pvt. Ltd. Palwal. But most of them are not aware about the complaint process.
So its my personal request to Bajaj Motors please verify the quality of services provided by Parashar Bajaj Pvt. Ltd. Palwal. Because most of your customers are facing problems. If Bajaj Motors takes an action against Parashar Bajaj Pvt. Ltd. Palwal than I and all the customer of Bajaj Parashar Pvt. Ltd. Will be very thankful.
Hope to get an urgent and favorable reply from Baja Motors.
