In aviation industry the voucher you have received under the scenario is known as MCO-Miscellaneous Charge Order which is issued or given by the airline. These vouches has to be redeemed only from the issuer airline at the time of next booking wherein the amount mentioned in the voucher is adjusted. This voucher has a validity of Six months.

against this refund of 632/- I personally went to your airport counter they are telling me that this will be refund by yatra.com. and yatra.com is saying this 632/- will refund by jet airways.
Please clearify? Its a 1 month for refund.

Please see the attached scaned copy of air ticket 1st page for your resheduled ticket details. and refund voucher copy for clear visibility of amount refund. Amount refund is 632.00 only.
But I realy fed up with your team. You need me to go air port and stamp the previous ticket and again mail to you. and you will take another 15-20 days to refund my money worth rs. 632 only.
Instead of doing fever to you I think it is better for me to go in consumer court.

We have confirmed from the airline that the booking was rescheduled so the tickets were exchanged; kindly provide us the new ticket number and the PNR number which you got after rescheduling the flight; so that we can assist you accordingly. Moreover the voucher is not clear and the refund amount is not clearly mentioned kindly send us the endrosed ticked of the old booking duely stamped by the airline mentioning the amount to be refunded.
