This is to bring to your notice that I had booked air ticket from Jet airways by net from Pune to Delhi for 12 May. The first time I booked using my ICICI Bank credit card but there was a temporary block and ticket was not generated. The second time I booked from net banking and I got the ticket. To my horror, I have been charged both times an amount of Rs 5693 eachtime. I spoke to your helpdesk at Mumbai and procured the PNR of the failed booking also. The details are as follows:-
