I travelled in jet airways flight from Chennai to Kuwait on 13/07 and my flight time was at 1325 jet airways (9W488) but before one week of travel I was informed that my flight has been postponed to 1345, and later one day before travel date I was informed that my flight has been preponed to 1135 in jetkonnect (9W2144) and it was very disgusting that the flight has been preponed by 2hrs and again the flight (9W2144) was delayed by around 40 minutes from Chennai.

Since my booking was in jet airways and then it was changed to jetkonnect I was informed that I will be given a meal voucher at the check in counter and when it was produced to flight attendants they told me that since it was a jetkonnect flight they don't have enough meal to provide.

So I want jet airways to compensate me since I have paid a fare for jet airways (9W488) and I was changed to jetkonnect (9W2144).

about a week back I sent a mail to guest relations jet airways regarding this subject and till now i haven't got a reply from them. So please can anyone advice me of how to take this matter further.
