Customer care- Different reposnes

I have booked flight ticket for 7th April from Hyderabad to Lucknow

via Delhi in Flight S2-244. PNR no is JOHJBH .

Due to some reasons we want to get down in New Delhi Airport.

Two weeks back when we called the customer care at 3989 3333 they

said it is Ok and ask the counter to provide you the boarding pass

till Delhi only.

Three days back again when I talked to Customer Care Executive (guy)

regarding the same, he confirmed that we can do this and today when I

called (lady) to reimburse fare from Delhi to Lucknow as we will get

down in Delhi then he is telling we can't get down in New Delhi as we

booked ticket till Lucknow.

As we were confirmed by your executive that we can get down at Delhi

we didn't book another ticket and now we are getting tickets on very

High rates.

Please look into this issue NOW and reply me with the reimburement details.

We need to get dowm at Delhi airport as our children can't travel till

lucknow and would need medical treatment at Delhi
