Jetlite crew really made my experience with airlines a terrible one.
Firstly mismanagement at the counter to collect boarding pass lead to miss my flight inspite of being at airport 1 hr before. The counter girl directed to me Supervisor, just said 'No', you cant board without listening anything
When I protested and told that the delay was not my fault, I got rude reply, ”That is
why you are still standing here, otherwise we would have shown you the gate”. When
asked to behave properly, out came the crude reply “I am trained to behave this way
only”.
I was accommodated in a flight scheduled to depart more than ten hours later for which I was initially asked to pay extra but being on the wrong foot the staff did not force for same.
I hope that the Jet management will show due respect to the healthy customer relations
