Tyre manufacturing defect

I purchaged a maruti dzire in Oct Got JK tyres fitted. Within six months two tyres for got pin size holes automatically. I reported this to JK tyre and asked for tyre change and they refused my request without any reason. Where as I consulted with 2-3 punctur guys they said it is a manufacturing mistake...
