With due respect my submission is as under:
Impressed with the performance & reputation of the manufacture I hoped to purchase the said Tractor, which I did as per details given in the ref. Above I purchased to utilize it for ploughing as such it was put to operate in the field to plough & furrow only. After a period of about 6 months one of the tyre of the tractor was damaged and I had to stop the work forth with. I informed the dealer about it on 05/05 accordingly.
No response has so far been received at this end till date.
I thought it my responsibility to bring this matter to the knowledge of the authorities managing its sales, services & bearing the burnt of warranty in India on behalf of the manufacturer I am confident that your esteemed company will also not like that the image of the company is tarnished in any way in India which look a long time to establish.
Said the tractor has been put out of operation I am suffering loss even after spending a heavy amount.
This is a second complain in a week
This is a third complain
I their for request you kindly take suitable and effective steps in this direction to redress my grievances within a period of one week. An early action will be appreciated.
