15 th june my indigo cs lx car got accident.then i went to tatamotors servicing centre named joymotors, situated at kgp of wb.when they took my car they told that all the damages would be repaired & damaged spare parts would be given new.they also told me that all the charges would be given by ICICI insurancethrough insurance claim.as a result i agreed and signed in their paper.but after that they took a long time for repairing (at abt 2 mnth).during this period when i used to go there to notice the servicing they behaved very bad.atlast they delivered my car on 23 rd aug. I also signed & asper the contract the insurance company gave all charges for servicing & the prices of new spare parts which was damaged.but after 2 days when i went for 2nd servicing to RDMOTORS, KOLKATA i become disappointed.they told me that all the spare parts given by the JOYMOTORS which was damaged are old but they took the charges of new parts.now what can i do.plz tell me.plz help
