I am not sure whether this complaint will be reviewed & any action will be taken or not. Still I want to let other consumers aware of my experience at JSP Honda Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
Yesterday (July 27th I gave my Honda Activa for regular service, a representative noted all the details along with some minor scratches here & there. I was supposed to get the vehicle back today. I paid the balance money & was waiting to get my vehicle.
After 30mins of waiting, someone brought the vehicle and I see a major scratch on the front wheel hood. Looks like the staff/engineer mishandled the vehicle during parking/servicing.
I am very annoyed as this is brand new vehicle. I did not like the staff & service manager’s response as they keep on saying mistakes do happen. One guy said don’t you make any mistakes in life . I was really annoyed and raised my voice to the peak so that other customers around there do hear this nonsense. Then they said they will do paint touch-up, upon further argument they agreed to do repainting to the part and I have to go again tomorrow.
Following are my concerns:
1) Staff is not disciplined & trained to do regular maintenance. I don’t see service manager’s dedication towards customer satisfaction.
2) Customer goes to authorized dealer for best service/performance - I do not see that here at JSP Honda, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. I will look for alternative options for my next service.
3) They try to bluff customer with wrong solutions unless you know what you need to get from them.
4) My 2 half-day leave is wasted & another one tomorrow. No count for this loss of money.
5) I am very disappointed with the whole mess-up by this dealer. I want to further escalate this, but do not see any proper contact who can take serious action.
