Delivery confirm but not delivered till date

Sir,

we have booked dated on 20th Feb Connection No. 28134 but now till date delivery not done and when i reached local Office that he told delivery done before six days but delivety not till date.

So, plz delivery ASAP and take the necessary action for service station for the same.
