Our manufacturer send one parcel from Mumbai on 17/04/10 by Air through Trackon courier.

POD NO: 185193995.The consignment had arrived on18/04/10.Time:01.21 at chennai Air port.

MAN NO:200074005540.

But, After lot phone calls to your chennai office, we received the parcel on21/04/10 at 6.20pm

In meantime, we made lot of calls to your chennai T.nagar office, but they are not care and un mannered answer. We never saw the bad service.

Pls. take action up on the staffs.
