Non delivery for on time

During this so many years i am register in vijay gas services, suddenly the gas agencies not inform to me and transfer to kg gas agenicies

And i booked 2times in kg gas agencies, still he not supply for a few month to me...

pls kindly request to him pls find the my consumer details and give a suitable solution for me as soon as posiible...
