I do not know who checks these emails at Khivraj. I am only hoping that the person designated to recieve this email takes this as a very good feedback and not just a customer complaint!
I had booked an Avenger on 19/06 with a down payment of Rs 1000/-. I was promised a Red 200 CC Avenger to be delivered 15 days later after a complete down-payment of cash. As i was traveling i was not able to come down to the showroom to make the payment.
Today is when I got to the showroom to make the remaining payment of Rs. 77000/- but then the salesman informed that the production of the 200 CC Avenger had been stopped a week back and so Khivraj Motors will not be able to deliver the bike. Only a 220 CC bike would be available after production.
Post this discussion I was further asked to speak to the stores manager who was incapable to address the issue and put us across to the Sr. Manager, Sales & Services (Ms. Jaya).
Initially I felt that Jaya would solve the issue given her designation. However she turned out to be a very sarcastic person who was interested only in the interest of the Co. and not understanding the basics of customer service.
* She did not have any listening skills.
* She kept snapping back at anything that I said.
* She clearly showed that I as a customer was unimportant.
* She made statements like " You as a customer need to be responsible and follow up with us" & "You as a customer should be wise enough to understand the extra that you are getting a 220 CC Avenger.
* She went on to make anther statement that "Do you expect us to book your bike with a down payment of Rs.1000? "
I was truly at a loss of words to see a lady at her designation giving me answers and making statements like she did. This forced me to cancel my booking.
Kindly let me know the further course of action.
