I travelled by Kingfisher Airlines from Kolkata to Bangkok on 23 February and back on 28 February. On both occasions my advance request for a lactose free meal was not honoured. I am still to get a response to my written complaints made on both occasions.
Kingfisher Airlines has deteriorated greatly. Its staff do not even know what is a lactose-free meal. Also the Chairman promises a state of the art audio system on its flights. There was none on these two flights.
I expect an unqualified apology and a stop to all the hype and unjustified praise that the chairman and his airline heap upon themselves.
If they fail to respond to this letter and to my complaints, I will never fly with them again and would avise others also not to do so.
