Horrible Service

I expect you to treat my complaint in a serious manner with immediate effect.

My name is Thanveer. I bought a Honda Active white color from your calicut dealer, KTC MOTORS, CALICUT, YMCA ROAD.on 15th Mach 2011 (Reg. No: KL 11 AH 4811, Chasis No: ME4JC448BB8095014, Engine no: JC44E1205900). I shut my eyes many a times before, as i was expecting a better deal in future., But now i cannot do that as things getting bad to worst. The problem starts right from the delivery of my vehicle. Vehicle wasn't clean and it took almost 4 hours to get rid off the delivery process. I was shocked when i received my vehicle after the 4th service. Lot of scratches and marks in the body of my vehicle. thought about complianting the same to Honda but decided not to go at that time as service manger requested. Then comes my fifth service, i had told the person so called service advisor some complaints but everything remains the same even after the service. Just few days ego i caught up with head light and break light complaint. I went to the dealer and they were trying to send me back just because of the reason i didn't booked for the service. it is understandable in the case of service, but what sense does that brings in such sudden complaints??? After long time they had taken my vehicle for service but the comedy is that it took 3 days to replace headlight bulb. and to make things even worst i lost my helmet and almost everything that i had kept in my Activa seat box. i asked many times to the technician that should i take back everything or should i put in it, he said everything will be safe in it. But now he have no answer to my question's. The receptionist replay was funny that the company (KTC Honda) is not responsible for the lost that i had. Then who the hell is responsible??? to whom shall i blame for??

Nobody in that dealership know's how to behave with the customer, Even though they hold the board "Customer Satisfaction is our Mission". Felt like laughing those people's called Customer's. If Honda needs to survive in these region teach them the value of customer relation and it will be better for Honda to conduct a survey at KTC dealership on the topic "Customer Satisfaction". Am cent percent sure that None of the customer will be happy with KTC. They can never satisfy even 0.1% of their customers with this pathetic service. The overall experience that i had with KTC is so horrible. Now i regret for the decision that i made to purchase Honda Activa especially from KTC.

Whatever, i need that helmet & everything that i lost from KTC Honda back or compensation for all this asap. Expecting immediate response from you.
