Worst customer service, rude behavio

3rd time I visited to service my vehicle for first free service, every time they say vehicles for today is full come tomorrow even though I went at 7:45AM.

Very rude, no customer service oriented, customers who are there are begging to take their vehicle for service with please please please, very pathetic situation to see customers begging a guy not educated, who is not even recognizing they are their customers who has given business for more than Rs.50, 000.

There were ladies waiting and suddenly one lady told she has spoken to manager, he asked to take my vehicle for service, then her vehicle was taken, once taken she was speaking to other ladies that I lied, I spoke to manager.

Next time I go there I'm going to LIE that manager has asked me to come today and get my vehicle serviced, lets see how this goes.

Till customers beg these guys wont change, they are in the mentality if not you I have other customer begging to me I will consider his vehicle.

Where is India going? Should I become a politician or a big shot to earn easily and survive at ease?
