Not getting response from office

Sir, my name is sunil kumar singh and I have taken a gas connection from kharga gas agency, ambala cantt. after that i transfer that gas connection on dec to my state gas agency that is lalita gas agency . since then they are not attending nor giving gas connection please take an early action . my transfer gas connection no. is 21007330001113.
