Dear Sir its about one month over after submitting my complaint and request to you regarding my new BRIO Vmt car HORN fault. PLATINUM HONDA Meerut is transfering all blame on HONDA CARS for not providing NEW HORNS even after they have placed order for brio horns, if thats right please accept because now after complaining twice to dealer and manufacturer nothing has been done, hence allow me now to go to CONSUMER FORUM TO LOG A COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME WITH RELAVENT DOCUMENTS .THANK YOU DR HEMANT SHARMA.
