Accidented Vehicle

Sir,

We have purchased a XYLO OR02BY-2406 from your dealer UTAK AUTOMOBILES, Bhubaneswar dated 23/05

Invoice No: INV13C000341 Chassis Number: B2M48884 Engine Number: JHBHM60756 Serial No: B2M48884 after

delivery we came to know about 4 (four) dent on top of the vehicle.

It is already informed to Mahindra & Mahindra (When Mahindra people phoned us within 3 or 4 days from the

Date of purchase).

Few days back, My Ten year old daughter was injured in side the vehicle at night. She told us here is a

piece of glace. Next day we came to know more than hundred of glass pieces are in side of vehicle. We have collected

glass pieces through vacuum cleaner, Colour of dash board look likes (not like New Vehicle).

We doubt, dealer has delivered us accidented vehicle to us or most probably, previously it was with

another person. Kindly see the matter directly because we do not have faith on dealer.
