No human to talk to

My husband booked me last nite Sept 4 for Legazpi City flight Sept 7, back Sept 12 online. I was beside him when he booked it, but the wifi isn't continuous and the Ipad screen website hanged. i saw him punch sept 12 for return flight. but, when i was about to print my IT today it was Sept 10! so we immediately called up reservations as that was the only available number to call, but was told that we have to email [email protected]. yes i asked for the supervisor, Rhea Sobretodo but to my horror, you cannot talk to any human when you want your rebooking fee waived! you have to get online and submit your reason. I asked Rhea what if your passenger is a probinsyano (someone who comes from the province and hasn't been introduced to the internet), she said there are ways to do it. duh! #Airphil express do not have any available #HUMAN to speak with! i emailed eleven times since Rhea told me to, but up to now 30 minutes after i havent gotten any reply! yes i did go to facebook and twitter pages of #Airphil to no avail. cuz fb replied to me that it is onlinesupport that handles it. whoa! i am a frequent business flyer to Legazpi and i'm asking for some leeway cuz i'm not changing my flight just out of whim! it's the internet! a webpage error! but, im still patiently waiting and hoping to get my prayers answered
