Dear Sir, I dr. P.S. Rajput (M/s. 3D_Vision) booked a envelop of some important documents in favour of Dy. CE, North Central Railway, Jhansi, dated on 14-11 at 10AM from your Indrapuri counter, and counter lady committed me that your envelop will be delivered at destination on or before 16-11 at any cost. But sir till today that document could not reached their destination due to your staff negligence. that is central govt. office, so it important that the document should be delivered during working days (MONDAY - FRIDAY) otherwise on saturday sunday the office will be closed.
