I had posted complaint earlier also for the same subject which is pasted below.
But still I have not got solution to the problem thats way I am suffering. Because of having no documents I have to suffer in RTO checking while driving.
Today One complete quarter (three months) has been passed & no positive solution got from the dealer.
Kindly do the needful.

I had booked Duro Black two wheeler scooters on 11.02.2011 & got delivery on 21.02.2011. But still except my invoice slip & registration slip I have not got my other documents like Insurance policy, Tax receipt, Smart card receipt, vehicle passing number & RC book.
Whenever I am calling for my documents they are just replying yes but practically there is neither action to solve the problem nor positive reply.
1) When I booked vehicle I questioned them that From where my vehicle will be passed as I am having GRAMEEN address proof?
They replied they will pass vehicle from CITY & now when that foolish thing had ben rejected by RTO now they are trying to pass vehicle from GRAMEEN & taking non valueadded time.
2) When I booked my vehicle on 11.02.2011 they were ready to provide me vehicle next day with all required things. But when i went there on 21.02.2011 they were telling me crocodile story that Vehicle is not ready, Accessories not available, Vehicle not passed from RTO & so on.
3) When I shouted then they gave others vehicle which was already given on other customer name then they changed the documents, manipulate things.
All these things making customer scared of purchasing MAHINDRA TWO WHEELER vehicle. Mahindra has not settled in TWO WHEELER MARKET yet properly even though dealers are making customer to suffer & sorry to say one day MAHINDRA will also get the same thing like Kinetic.
Requesting you to take positive action to solve these grievences. I had worked with Mahindra for 2 years thats why I know what is Mahindra's values & I like Mahindra.
Hoping for positive reply to make it happen very soon.
