Local Train - Dankuni Sealdah line - Kolkata
Regular Late & Train non availability

Dear Sir / Madam

This is to inform you that i am daily passenger of local train runs between Sealdah - Dankuni. The train availability is after one hour each. Like 7.54 am at Dakshineswar and after that 8.58 am. But train never comes in time. The train at 8.58 am comes around 09.8 - 9.12. And this is happening on a regular basis. After that the train waits for signal & line change and the overall effect is late by 10 to 15 minutes at destination station.

I am fed up with this. Please take action. Or increase train frequency.
