Final notice of complaint
We deeply regret to inform you that your company has not taken proper notice of our complaint submitted on 7h /8th of August by online web.

Pl take notice that if you do not redress the below mentioned greevences the matter will be referd to Consumer court directly.
I have purchased the logan car on 23/8 at Chennai India carrage vide the invoice no MR00200 Right from the day one the clutch of the car was deffective and my efforts to get it faultfree has fetched no result. Due to this tech problem my khnee of my left side of my leg is now advised for surgery. This is due to the manufacturing deffect and I reserve my right to file a consumer complaint at pondicherry.
Secondly I have to bring it to your notice that I have paid the extended warranty for this car and my complains of the vehichle were not rectified by warranty perid and the cost is paid by me which is cerating mental agony and damage to my rights, hence pl be informed the final call.
