Non- home delivery of refil cylinde

I booked gas for home delivery on dated 03.01.10 but till today 16.01.10 not delivered. Whenever I make phone call to their representative on dated 14.01.10, he says your gas are given to another person on dated:08.01.10 and he say tomorrow must be delivered.

I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 13092900
