Lpg cnnection
Not providing new lpg connection

I am residing in Mayur Vihar Ph-III. I need one new gas connection I visit to locally authorized Madhu Gas Agency (indane) Vardhmaan Plaza Mayur Vihar Ph.-III Delhi-110096. They told me that I can get form for new gas connection between the date of 1st to 5th. of every month.

I went to there several months but the agency denying me that they are not providing new connection.

please help
