LPG Cylinder
Irregularities and corruption is distribution

Sir,

I would like to put following points in your notice for further necessary action.

1. I am customer of Indane Gas in Ordinance Gas Sewa, Raipur Dehradun. My

customer ID is O-10297 and home delivery address is D-2/19, Vigyan Vihar

Raipur Dehradun.

2. This Gas Agency is functioning like autonomous body and seems no control from any other authority. There is no written rule for booking and delivering of LPG cylinder. As per my knowledge, the home delivery rule is that the person from agency should come at home with cylinder and two delivery slips, one of them he must take back after signing of customer. However nothing is followed by this agency and we are forced to collected LPG cylinder from their go-down or some other common place, at the cost of home delivery.

3. As per saying of agency staff, the next booking of LPG cylinder is 21 days after delivering our previous booking. There is no fixed time for delivery. It is generally one month of booking so we are getting one cylinder in two month period. It seems that there is no written rule from the controlling agency and this agency is forcing its own constitution.

4. At the agency office, manager is never available and when ever we ask about

our quarries, the staff arrogantly say that where ever you can complain you are

free to make our complain. This answer forced us to think that whether we are

really living in democratic country or not or there is any rule in this agency?

5. I am listing my few booking and collection period here for your reference.

Booking Date Collection Date Duration

19-06 11-07 22days

31-07 21-08 22days

19-09 19-10 30days

08-11 yet not given 29 days over

This situation is then when we collect LPG cylinder our self otherwise the

agency people will never deliver at home.

6. I took LPG cylinder on loan from my friends and relatives many times and now I am facing difficulty to return their filled cylinders.

7. I request you and your kind office to take appropriate action and setup an inquiry to rectify the level of corruption in this agency.

8. Regarding to above problem, I talked to Your Noida office (Ph. No. 0120-

2518085), Mr. Damodar Pathak, customer care (Ph. No. 09412721501) and

discussed my problem is detail. I also tried to contact Mr. Rajesh Pande (Ph.

09412268485). I also sent mail to [email protected] and

[email protected]

8. Hoping that you will take this matter seriously and fix the irregularities as early as possible.

Yours sincerely

girish semwal
