Sir,

I, Sudip Bhakta, on belaf of my father Sri Kalipada Bhakta, hereby quary that there is any rule of your company that whether we could not to book for refill within 21 days of previous delivery as a single cylinder customer. We are facing this problem for more than one years. We are a customer for seven-eight years and verbally requested may times for double connection from two years ago but replied my dealer that there is no capacity of the dealer for that. In this connection requested to take necesary steps. My Con. No.: 232
