Telephone not receiving

I am LPG holding in KALKAJI GAS SERVICE, LIG, KALKAJI DDA NEW DLEHI - 19 today I call for book a cylender from 3.30 p.m. to 4.45p.m. from my office telephone to Ph. no. is 26020108 / 26029878 but nobody pickup a telephone. But telephone ring is full without any MTNL computer reply. It is not first time it is several time. I don't understand what are doing.

Pl advice to Kalkaji Gas Service, pickup a phone and talk with customer other wise not mention any telephone their invoice or other documents so that customer come personaly and book a gas cylender.
