LPG, Panakkal Gas Agency of IOC
INORDINATE DELAY IN SUPPLY OF LPG-DOMESTIC CONSUMPTION CYLINDER

IOC Consumer No. 1581 attached to 'Panakkal Gas Agency', Kunnamkulam, Thrissur District (Tel. Nos. 04885-222936) is in name of T J Thomsa, Thachil house, Thekkepuram, Kunnamkulam - 680503. I have booked for LPG on 05/05. Till date I have not supplied with LPG. It is not understood the reasons for inordinate delay in supply of domestic gas. It is imformed that LPG will be supplied within 4 or 5 days.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
