I feel helpless with the WORK ATTITUDE Of the Staff, when asked for Assistance, Being a Prepaid Customer No 9823224909, They Only Thank you for calling Vodafone in Hindi.
I am the CEO Of the company, we are into Serious Business of Aircraft Leasing and Charter Broking, which involves Millions of US$ business and more than 200 serious mails to be replied. For 3 days i am suffering after Putting in a new Sim. I Have cancelled my flight Overseas, since i am unable to function with out my Blackberry. May i ask is the work attitude to TAKE PLEASURE BY HARRESING CUSTOMER, WHO HAVE MADE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE, OR IS THIS THE WORK CULTURE that has been taught... NO Need Not Bother what the Clients is going through.
I am at loss of words, with the Recruitment Policy and quality of the Staff.
I would appreciate if the management appoints DATA SUPPORT TEAM, 24X7.
I wish to convey Mr Ali Supervisor of Vodafone Vasai (W), was very helpful and co-operative, he tried his best to make thing happen and work but No luck, All i get is a call at 6.30 PM on the 14 th April... Calling from VODAFONE... Your complaint will be Tranfered to the Technical Department. The Staff only wantto speak and are in a great hurry to disconnect. May i ask is there any need for us to know your Procedure!!!
